This purpose built, modern building boasts panoramic views across the Downs to the sea. Recently refurbished, it has extensive grounds and stands within the boundaries of the South Downs National Park.

A fitted self-catering kitchen overlooks the garden and leads into the dining room/lounge.

Circular walks and cycling starting from the door, including the South Downs Way. Brighton (6 miles), Newhaven (15).

Accommodation
A maximum of 32 people to share rooms of 6x6, 3x4 and 4x2 beds. Groups should not exceed 32 people, due to the size of the catering facilities. All bedrooms have washbasins.

Parking
For 8 cars.

The open plan dining room/lounge has magnificent views over the Downs and seats 32. Payphone, central heating, garden and TV. YHA staff are resident in the building.
