41 beds. Ground floor: 13 beds arranged in 1x3 (double + single) and 2x5 bed rooms. First floor: 28 beds with 1x2 (twin), 1x3 (double + single en-suite), 1x3 (2 singles + pull out bed) and 4x5. All the 5 bedded rooms comprise a double bed, bunk-bed and a single bed.
