This 'Green Tourism' award winning building is a single storey, former village school, recently extended and refurbished to a high standard. On the edge of the Suffolk Sandlings, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it's close to beaches, sandy heaths and ancient towns and villages.

The well-equipped, self-catering kitchen is adjacent to the dining room. A full meals service may be available with plenty of advance notice.

A pub within walking distance. Shops, Snape Maltings classical concert venue (1.5 miles), Minsmere and North Warren RSPB reserves, Suffolk Sandlings, easy walking and flat cycling routes. Woodbridge (8 miles), Aldeburgh (8). Sutton Hoo Viking ship burial site.
