Wells-Next-the-Sea offers small rooms, excellent facilities and is located in the oldest part of this quaint fishing port. Converted from a church hall, it offers compact accommodation. Enjoy the surrounding countryside and miles of empty beaches.

This property is not suitable for loud parties due to the proximity of the neighbours but is an ideal location for groups of families.

The self-catering kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and lounge.

Nearby
Pubs and shops (fresh seafood and vegetables are local specialities in Wells), beaches either side of the town, stately homes and museums, seal watching at Blakeney Point, bird watching. Sheringham (20 miles).

Accommodation
31 beds: 5x4, 1x3, 2x2/3 (double with single over, 1 is ensuite) and 1x1/2 (double bed). The optimum number for all adult groups is 28, family groups can fit up to 31.

Parking
Off-road at the rear and front of the building.

Other facilities
The dining room seats 22 and the lounge seats 16. There is also a study which seats 6. There is central heating, payphone and a TV. YHA staff are resident in the building.
