This property is not suitable for loud parties due to the proximity of the neighbours but is an ideal location for groups of families.

Pubs and shops (fresh seafood and vegetables are local specialities in Wells), beaches either side of the town, stately homes and museums, seal watching at Blakeney Point, bird watching. Sheringham (20 miles).
Accommodation
31 beds: 5x4, 1x3, 2x2/3 (double with single over, 1 is ensuite) and 1x1/2 (double bed). The optimum number for all adult groups is 28, family groups can fit up to 31.

Off-road at the rear and front of the building.
Other facilities
The dining room seats 22 and the lounge seats 16. There is also a study which seats 6. There is central heating, payphone and a TV. YHA staff are resident in the building.
