Description
Having recently undergone extensive refurbishment, this country house now offers superb accommodation. In a quiet, fishing village, with spectacular views over bays and headlands, the large grounds include a volleyball court and orchard. Inside are many original features including a wooden staircase.

There is a well-equipped, self-catering kitchen.

Nearby
Coastal walks around the Lizard peninsula, Coverack village with shops, pubs and the sea (.25 mile down a steep hill), Goonhilly Downs, Kynance Cove. Helston (11 miles), Penzance (25), Land's End (31).

Accommodation
A maximum of 30 people to share rooms of 2x3 (with double bed), 1x4 (with double bed), 2x4, 2x5 (with double bed) and 1x7 (with double bed. Some rooms are ensuite.

Parking
In the grounds for 15 cars.

Other facilities
The dining room seats 36 and has a bay window overlooking the sea. There is a lounge and conservatory with additional seating and a pool table in the games room. There is full central heating and a payphone. Please be aware, there is no mobile phone reception.
